You may have noticed it has been a quick minute since I have been around or posted anything, and you are undoubtedly right. After killing my camera last year, I had a strong desire to go back to school, but with generally no way to pay for it. Now, nearly a year later, I am almost done with training in the Air Force and will be traveling back home within the next month!
With such a long hiatus from photography you can imgaine the itch I have that I must satisfy, thus a to do list, or more so a to shoot list, I must make!

We left at 5:30am Thursday to do a 14 hour drive out to Pagosa Springs, Colorado. Totally worth it to meet up with some awesome people for a BMW meet. I had the intentions of taking some super awesome photos, but dropped a blade on my shutter causing it to fail by Saturday. :(
I did manage to salvage some shots, so not all was lost but knowing what potential this trip had it is a dissappointment.
From hiking on Fourmile Trailhead leading to the tallest waterfall in Colorado.
Neel at Quality Inn (formerly Pagosa Lodge) was kind enough to offer up his amazing hotel for us to stay at.
I can't wait to go back next year with all these great people.
I am heading out to Colorado next Thursday and thought this would not only be a perfect way to remind myself what goals I have set out to accomplish but to build some anticipation.
Upocming work from Colorado will consist of a short time lapse production and a large focus on producing panoramic HDR photos.
Once I return I will be working on a new series so far named 'Forgotten History' that will consist of 20-30 photos. I will leave the guess work up to you until it is finished.
Here are a few favorites from Ashley and Alex's Engagement shoot on the Fourth of July. We all had a blast sweating, shooting off fireworks, breaking into dugeons and other mischevious stuff.
So I got these in my e-mail today....
Pretty cool, right?
